TIGONI, an area 20 kms outside of Nairobi, located in the central highlands outside of Nairobi with a temperate climate due to its altitude of 6500 ft. It is a rich farming area where tea plantations are still abundant today and many farm houses still have vast acreages surrounding them. It boasts the Limuru Golf Club and The Kentmere Club, a beautiful historic club and restaurant set amidst lush gardens of the highlands.
