SHANZU, located 20 km north of Mombasa on the Mombasa - Malindi road has beautiful beaches and lovely houses between palm trees and tropical gardens. Shanzu is known for its excellent diving. Shanzu has a good variety of hotels, privately owned beach houses and cottages and also newly developd houses and maisonettes not always directly on the beach but with good access to the beach. The Braeburn International School is located in Shanzu.
