Riverside Drive is a high-end residential area with large houses and expansive gardens and it also contains exclusive office buildings and embassies. Of late numerous apartment houses have come up on Riverside Drive. The famous restaurant, Alan Bobbe's Bistro is located on Riverside Drive. Riverside Drive is located between Lavington and Westlands and also has good access to Nairobi's city centre. There aren't many shops or supermarkets on Riverside Drive but, being in close proximity to Westlands where everything can be obtained, it is not an inconvenience. Security is very good with continual patrols by private security firms.
