Parklands is a residential area occupied by a large Asian community situated between Westlands and Muthaiga. The housing varies though the area predominantly has houses, large to medium ones, on smaller plots. The well known Aga Khan hospital is in Parklands as are numerous supermarkets, shops and offices. At night certain streets in Parklands are alive and bustling with people mingling on sidewalks amongst restaurants and food stalls. Parkland borders the city park.
