NARO MORU is a very small town in central Kenya 170 km north of Nairobi located on the base of Mt Kenya dissected by the Naro Moru River. Naro Moru is the most popular starting point for trekkers climbing Mt Kenya. The town boasts a few hotels and in the surrounding areas there are camps, bandas and self-catering guest houses.
