MALINDI, the second largest coastal town in Kenya, is located 120 kms north of Mombasa town on the mouth of the Galana River. Malindi has its own airport and a wide selection of supermarkets, shops, boutiques, hotels, casinos, restaurants (many superb Italian places to eat), bars and nightclubs to choose from. Malindi has an excellent beach and plenty of beach houses and cottages and of course town houses. There are many sites of attraction in or close to Malindi including the Malindi Marine Park, the Aruboke-Sokoke Forest and the Gedi Ruins south of Malindi.
