LOWER KABETE is a green and leafy suburb of Nairobi consisting of houses with gardens, maisonettes and apartment buildings. It is only 15 minutes drive from the city centre and a mere 5 minutes drive from all the supermarkets, gyms, restaurants, bars, night clubs in Westlands and two of Nairobi's biggest shipping malls, Sarit Centre and the all new Westgate shopping mall. It borders Waiyaki Way, the road that leads to Lavington and the main highway out towards the Great Rift Valley.
