KINONDO is and extension of Diani beach and Galu beach going further south towards Chale island. Here there are a few selected resorts and mainly private beach houses. The beach is typical of having smaller private sandy coves cut into the coral rock on either side. There are some intact sacred forests in Kinondo that are preserved heritage sites
