Embakasi, a suburb of Nairobi is located approximately 15km south-east of Nairobi City centre. Nairobi's international airport, Jomo Kenyatta International Airport,is located in Embakasi and it is accessible to the Nairobi - Mombasa highway. It is a rapidly growing residential area with predominantly lower to middle income residents but also contains maisonettes and bungalows. Two hospitals as numerous shopping centres are easily accessible from Embakasi.
